Planning tips

Planning a Photo Booth for a Dallas County Event

Because Dallas County covers so many cities, the most useful thing you can tell us is the venue address and the load-in details. High-rise hotels and downtown venues often have loading docks, elevator rules or set load-in windows, while a recreation center or church hall usually just needs a door close to parking. We plan around whatever your venue requires.

Suburbs across the county have city-owned spaces that hosts use for showers, reunions and birthday parties, like the Granville Arts Center in Garland, the Irving Arts Center, the Mesquite Arts Center, the DeSoto Town Center and the Eisemann Center in Richardson. If you are using a public building, check the venue rules for outside vendors and outlets early, since the booth needs a power outlet within 25 feet.

Weekend traffic on I-635, I-30 and I-35E can be heavy, so we build in extra drive time on our side. You never pay extra for it.

Which Booth Fits Your Party?

Our Digital iPad Booth($395) is the easy, budget-friendly pick, with photos, GIFs and boomerangs sent to guests’ phones by text or QR code. The DSLR Booth($495) uses a pro camera and studio lighting for polished portraits. The 360 Booth($650) gives groups a slow-motion video they can share right away. Add prints (up to 200) or a keychain station (up to 100) for $250 each.
