Planning tips

Planning a Photo Booth for a Kaufman County Event

Kaufman County events range from new-subdivision clubhouses in Heartland, Travis Ranch and Talty to barns, ranch venues and church halls out in the country. For rural venues, the main thing to check is power: the booth needs a regular outlet within 25 feet. If your venue runs on a generator, let us know ahead of time.

For outdoor parties, plan a shaded spot and a backup space in case of bad weather. Late spring and fall weekends are the busiest time for outdoor events across the county, so it helps to reserve early.

Pick your booth

Digital, DSLR or 360?

Think about your crowd first. Big, casual crowds move quickly through the Digital iPad Booth($395). Groups who want a video to post that night love the 360 Booth($650). Hosts who want frame-worthy photos pick the DSLR Booth($495). The Party Pass ($550) adds prints, keychains and an extra hour to the Digital iPad or DSLR booth.
