Students will take photos at every school event anyway. A photo booth makes it part of the plan, gives them a fun spot to gather, and hands them photos they can share right away. Chivo Event Services brings photo booths to school events across Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.
Every 3-hour package includes delivery, setup, an attendant who runs the booth, and a backdrop, so teachers and parent volunteers can focus on everything else.

Great for Every School Event
We set up for proms, homecoming dances, winter formals, graduation parties, senior nights, PTA and booster club fundraisers, carnivals, field days and staff appreciation events. School gyms, cafeterias, libraries and rented ballrooms all work, as long as there is a power outlet within 25 feet.
Every photo is shared by text or QR code, so students do not need to wait for anything to be printed or emailed.

Which Booth Is Best for Schools?
Prom and homecoming: 360 Booth ($650)
The 360 Booth is made for dances. Friend groups get a slow-motion video they will post that night.
Formal portraits: DSLR Booth ($495)
The DSLR Booth gives polished, studio-lit photos of everyone dressed up.
Carnivals, fundraisers and grad parties: Digital iPad Booth ($395)
The Digital iPad Booth handles a long line easily with photos, GIFs and boomerangs.

Tips for Teachers, PTA and Booster Clubs
- Book early for prom season and graduation weekends, which fill up fast. A $100 non-refundable deposit holds the date.
- Tell us about any school vendor paperwork you need when you request a quote, so we can sort it out before the event.
- Pick a spot near an outlet and away from doors where crowds bunch up. Wi-Fi is preferred.
- Add prints (up to 200) for $250 if you want students to take home a printed photo, or an extra hour for $150 for longer dances.
The balance is due 7 days before the event. We take cash, card or Zelle.

Graduation Parties at Home
Backyard and home graduation parties are a great fit for the Digital iPad or DSLR booth. Set the booth near the house so it can reach an outlet, keep it in the shade, and have a covered backup spot in case of bad weather. Add the keychain station (up to 100, $250) for a small take-home gift.

Can you set up in a school gym or cafeteria? Yes, as long as there is a power outlet within 25 feet of the booth.
How much does it cost? Packages are $395 (Digital iPad), $495 (DSLR) and $650 (360) for 3 hours, with delivery, setup, an attendant and a backdrop included.
How much space does the booth need? Plan on about 12 x 12 feet of floor space for the Digital iPad or DSLR booth and backdrop, or about 15 x 15 feet for the 360 booth, within 25 feet of a power outlet. Tell us about your room and we will help you pick the best spot.
Do you charge travel fees? No. There are no travel fees anywhere in Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.
What do you need at the venue? A spot within 25 feet of a power outlet. Wi-Fi is preferred. Outdoors works too, as long as the booth is out of high heat and bad weather.
How do I reserve my date? A $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. We take cash, card or Zelle.
