Party guests posing at a Chivo photo booth

Your photographer captures the big moments. A photo booth captures everything in between: the grandparents in feather boas, the college friends who have not seen each other in years, and the cousins who will not stop doing the same pose. Chivo Event Services brings wedding photo booths to venues across Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.

Every package covers 3 hours of booth time and includes delivery, setup, a friendly attendant and a backdrop, so neither of you has to think about it on the day.

Packages (3 hours)

Every package includes delivery, setup, an attendant and a backdrop. Add-ons: prints up to 200 ($250), keychain station up to 100 ($250), extra hour ($150). Or add all three to the Digital iPad or DSLR booth with the Party Pass for $550 (a $650 value; not available with the 360 booth).

No travel fees anywhere in Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Ellis, Henderson and Van Zandt Counties.

Why Couples Add a Photo Booth

A booth gives guests something fun to do during cocktail hour and between dinner and dancing, and it gets people mixing who might not otherwise meet. Every photo is shared instantly by text or QR code, so guests leave with their pictures on their phones before the night is over.

Add prints and guests take home a keepsake. Many couples set out a guest book so friends can tape in a copy of their print and write a note next to it, which turns the booth into a guest book you will actually want to look at again.

Which Booth Is Best for a Wedding?

DSLR Booth ($495): polished portraits

The DSLR Booth uses a professional camera and studio lighting, so the photos look as good as everyone’s wedding outfits. It is a great choice for formal receptions, and it pairs well with prints.

360 Booth ($650): the dance-floor showstopper

The 360 Booth records slow-motion 360 videos of guests on a platform that fits groups. It is a fun pick for bridal parties and anyone who loves to dance, and the videos are ready to share right away.

Digital iPad Booth ($395): fun on a budget

The Digital iPad Booth snaps photos, GIFs and boomerangs and sends them straight to guests’ phones. It is a great fit for smaller weddings, rehearsal dinners and showers.

Make it last

Wedding Add-Ons

  • Prints, up to 200: $250. A take-home keepsake for every guest.
  • Keychain station, up to 100: $250. A small favor guests actually keep.
  • Extra hour: $150. Keep the booth running from cocktail hour to the send-off.
  • Party Pass: $550 for prints, keychains and an extra hour together on the Digital iPad or DSLR booth (a $650 value).

If your reception runs longer than 3 hours, the extra hour is the easiest way to keep the booth open through the last dance.

Planning tips

Planning Your Wedding Booth

  • Book early. Spring and fall Saturdays are the busiest wedding dates, and a $100 non-refundable deposit holds your date.
  • Pick the spot with your venue. The booth needs a power outlet within 25 feet, and Wi-Fi is preferred for instant sharing.
  • Outdoor and barn weddings work too, as long as the booth is out of high heat and bad weather. Have a covered backup spot ready.
  • Tell us your colors and theme so we can bring a backdrop that fits your decor.
  • Share your timeline. Most couples run the booth from cocktail hour through dancing.

The balance is due 7 days before the wedding, and we take cash, card or Zelle.
