Tips for Dallas Banquet Halls
Whether your celebration is in Oak Cliff, Lakewood or Pleasant Grove, a few details make the night easier for everyone.
Dallas banquet halls run tight schedules, especially on Saturdays. A little planning keeps your booth running smoothly:
- Share the timeline. Let your hall coordinator know the booth arrives before guests for setup.
- Pick the spot. A corner near the dance floor keeps the booth busy without blocking traffic. We need an outlet within 25 feet.
- Plan for a big crowd. Dallas quinceañeras and weddings often have long guest lists, so an extra hour ($150) gives everyone a turn.
- Think favors. Prints (up to 200 for $250) and the keychain station (up to 100 for $250) double as take-home favors.
After the State Fair wraps up each October, the holiday party season starts. Office parties, family Christmas parties and New Year's Eve celebrations across the city all make good occasions for a booth.
